Although California does not require mold testers or remediators to be certified, David continually pursues the latest certifications and technologies to offer the best service possible.
With a Master’s degree in Biology and access to JSTOR, he keeps up to date studying the scientific advancements and papers published to continually update his understanding of the nature of mold and air quality.
Erin Stillson Wolf
Erin is a CEO of Pure 360 and Pryce Inspections, Co-owner, Marketing and Sales Specialist, and mold testing and treatment technician. Also in charge of customer service and administration, there is a strong motivation to keep communication and organization operating at maximum efficiency and efficacy.
Erin is passionate about testing and treating for mold, due to being exposed to toxic mold throughout childhood and suffered from mold illness most of her life.

The FLIR MR265 is a professional pin and pinless moisture meter with thermal imaging designed to show you exactly where to investigate issues related to moisture, air leaks, and insulation voids. Featuring IGM™ (Infrared Guided Measurement) and MSX® (Multi-Spectral Dynamic Imaging enhancement) technology, the MR265 helps you quickly scan and target problem areas, visually guiding you to the spot where you can confidently take measurements, analyze readings, and ensure that problems are fixed. Using FLIR Thermal Studio™, you can then create and share professional reports that include findings and proof of repairs – giving your clients peace of mind that mold, rot, or moisture challenges have been resolved.
The VPC260 is a 6-channel particle counter for monitoring workplace environmental health and quality. Measure up to 6 channels of particle sizes plus air temperature, relative humidity, dew point, and wet bulb. Check indoor air quality for exhaust, smoke, respirable crystalline silica dust (RCS), airborne combustible dust, and other harmful air pollutants.
The MR08 Hammer and Wall Cavity Probe Combo is ideal for both hammer probe and wall cavity applications. The hammer probe has an additional handle on the bottom to add convenience for angled, horizontal, and inverted hammer-probing needs. The bottom handle can be unscrewed and used as a wall cavity probe to measure the moisture level of insulation within the wall cavity and can also reach the inside face of the exterior wall. You can also install the impact plate for use with a hammer to punch the extended pins through drywall.
